Univista Insurance is seeking a Franchise Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and optimize marketing strategies that drive business‑to‑business growth, franchise network development, and lead generation. This role is responsible for managing franchise marketing campaigns, supporting franchise development initiatives, building strategic partnerships, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through targeted marketing initiatives. The Franchise Marketing Manager will work cross‑functionally with sales, franchise development, operations, and digital teams to identify market opportunities, create compelling value propositions, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with both business clients and prospective franchisees.
Key Responsibilities
Franchisee Marketing Partnership
Serve as the dedicated marketing conduit for franchise locations across 3 regions
Conduct regular business reviews with franchisees to understand their marketing support needs and translate them into actionable marketing resources
Proactively communicate all marketing campaigns to the franchise network with clear timelines and expectations
Build and maintain a franchise marketing calendar aligned to corporate marketing strategy
Develop franchise enablement strategy based on franchisee insights and support needs
Track and report on franchisee marketing activity and performance metrics, surfacing insights to leadership
Contribute to the development of franchise marketing guidelines, playbooks, and best practice documentation
Marketing Enablement & Asset Support
Manage and update a library of ready‑to‑use marketing assets, templates, and toolkits that franchisees can activate locally
Educate franchisees on the full scope of marketing resources available to them, including digital tools, co‑op programs, creative assets, and campaign playbooks
Field franchisee marketing requests and route them through the appropriate internal channels with speed and accountability
Support onboarding of new franchisees with a structured marketing orientation program
Conduct ongoing training as needed
Brand Standards & Digital Compliance
Own brand compliance across the franchise network, ensuring all franchisee‑facing and consumer‑facing marketing adheres to UniVista brand standards
Conduct ongoing audits of franchisee digital presence including Google Business Profiles, third‑party listings, and any independently created websites
Identify and remediate unauthorized or non‑compliant digital assets, including misaligned Google listings and franchisee‑owned websites that fall outside corporate brand guidelines
Establish and enforce a clear digital governance policy for franchise locations, in partnership with the CMO and legal team
Serve as the primary escalation point for digital listing issues, duplicate profiles, and brand misrepresentation across local search platforms
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Proven track record of successful campaign execution and lead generation
Experience with franchise development marketing or network growth initiatives (preferred)
Strong understanding of sales cycles, buyer personas, and purchasing decision‑making processes
Understanding of franchise recruitment and franchise partner relationship management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and measure campaign effectiveness
Ability to work collaboratively with sales, franchise development, operations, and creative teams
Comfortable with consultative selling and relationship‑building approaches
Desired Experience
Experience in insurance, financial services, or loyalty/rewards industry
Background in franchise development or franchise marketing
Experience with account‑based marketing (ABM) strategies
Knowledge of B2B partner channel development and management
Familiarity with enterprise‑level sales processes and complexity
Experience managing trade shows, conferences, or franchise recruitment events
Knowledge of insurance licensing, compliance, or regulatory requirements
