The Franchise Success Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of our franchise partners by leveraging their expertise in Short-Term Rentals (STR), revenue management, marketing, sales, and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational mindset, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. This role requires someone who can navigate difficult conversations with empathy and process-oriented solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners, providing guidance and support in all aspects of their business operations including but not limited to:  

  • Revenue Management: Analyze and optimize revenue strategies to maximize profitability for franchise partners, collaborating with SMEs for guidance on evolving best practices and innovative approaches.  
  • Marketing and Sales: Aide in the execution of effective marketing and sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention, seeking input from marketing SMEs to ensure alignment with industry trends.  
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure franchise partners adhere to operational standards and best practices to maintain consistent quality and efficiency, leveraging the expertise of operational SMEs for ongoing improvements.  

- Provide ongoing training and development to franchise partners, focusing on improving their skills and knowledge in key areas.  

- Foster a customer-first mindset, handling difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism while adhering to company processes.  

- Regularly monitor and assess the performance of franchise partners, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.  

- Prepare and present detailed reports on franchise performance, revenue trends, and market insights to senior management.  

Requirements

  • At least three (3) years of experience in franchise operations   
  • Experience in planning, executing, and managing projects, ensuring completion within scope, timeline, and budget
  • Strong background in property management or STR teams, with a focus on proactive problem-solving, customer service, and familiarity with HubSpot and Property Management Systems.
  • Understanding budget management, financial reporting, and cost-control measures to support profitability. 
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to navigate difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism. 
  • Leadership capabilities with a commitment to team development, adaptability, and fostering a collaborative environment while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work. 
  • Expertise in handling conflict or disagreements constructively, focusing on mutually beneficial solutions. 
  • Comfort with adopting and utilizing new technologies and software tools to streamline operations and improve productivity. 
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement improvements that streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $85,000/year
