You support Business Product Owners in their role and ensure clear prioritization and efficient collaboration between Business and IT. In addition, you play an active role in a broader Agile transformation, helping to build governance and structure across different domains.You facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and improvement initiatives, and work closely with management and stakeholders to increase the organization’s maturity.
