For one of our clients based in Brussels, we are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to ensure the continuity of Compensation and Benefits activities and lead the Payroll team during a replacement period.NL/FR/ENBrusselsStart: ASAPFull-time Your responsibilitiesEnsure the day‑to‑day implementation of the company’s compensation and benefits policy in line with business objectives.Oversee and coach the Payroll team, ensuring accuracy, collaboration, and engagement.Ensure compliance with Belgian social and tax legislation related to compensation and benefits.Act as a support to the HR Director in social relations and discussions with trade unions, providing advice and data‑driven input when needed.Your profileSolid experience in Compensation & Benefits and good understanding of Payroll processes (SD Worx)Strong knowledge of Belgian labour and social legislation.Ability to support HR leadership in discussions with employee representatives and unions.Excellent command of Dutch and French; English is an asset.Recognised for maturity, credibility, and discretion.Strong interpersonal and people management skills; able to lead and motivate.
