For a customer in Limburg, I am searching for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of IT projects related to technical infrastructure including network.In this role, you will collaborate closely with project sponsors, stakeholders, cross-functional teams, vendors, and other IT departments to ensure successful project outcomes that meet scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations.ResponsibilitiesDefine and document project vision, goals, scope, and deliverables aligned with business needs.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering all phases—from initiation to closure.Estimate and allocate resources (staff, equipment, software, budget) to support project execution.Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes where applicable.Track project progress, performance, and quality against defined KPIs.Provide regular updates on milestones, risks, and issues to sponsors and stakeholders.Proactively identify and resolve project challenges, conflicts, and changes.Escalate critical issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.Ensure deliverables meet agreed standards and comply with internal policies and best practices.Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions.Document achievements, challenges, and improvement opportunities.Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.Coach fellow IT team members in applying a project mentality in the delivery of the assigned projects.ProfileMaster-level thinking ability, ideally with a background in Computer Science, IT, Economics, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years in IT Infrastructure including network projects, preferably in an international environmentProven track record managing both infrastructure and application projects across the full lifecycle.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Independent and proactive work style, with a collaborative attitude.Coaching mindset and commitment to team development.Additional DetailsSENIORITY: SeniorSTART DATE: ASAP (April)DURATION: 3 MonthsEXTENSION: TBCCONTRACT: FreelanceLOCATION: LimburgONSITE POLICY: FlexibleHOURS PER WEEK: 24LANGUAGES: Fluent English and (Dutch a preference)INTERVIEW PROCESS: 1-2 stagesIf you are interested, please forward your updated resume to to be considered.
