salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person in the office
  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception, office areas and kitchen are tidy and presentable, and sufficiently stocked with all necessary stationery and material, and prepare the coffee on daily basis
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email when requested
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception logbook and issuing visitor badges
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Organize and schedule appointments, update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs (quotations)
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos and internal communication
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Monthly Report
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order coffee breaks, lunches and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact list updated
  • Order business cards
  • Provide support to the facilities manager, including office event coordination.
  • Coordinate with building facilities as necessary
  • All other duties as assigned
