Elevate Physical Therapy Physical Therapy located in the Park Ridge neighborhood, is seeking a Front Desk Administrator to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Manage appointments, scheduling, and maintain patient records.
• Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with the clinical team and RCM team to optimize patient flow.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining a tidy reception and clinical area.
• Insurance verification and eligibility.
• Check-in/check-out patients.
• Collect copays, deductibles, and balances.

Qualifications

• Medical billing experience required.
• Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $18-20 per hour, based on experience
