Job Description:
Revive Cryo Spa is looking for a associate. The ideal candidate will have high energy, a passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others feel great using modern technology (Cryotherapy, Normatec Compression and sauna). In your position, you will be asked to go through in-house training as well present your own ideas for implementation.
Job Requirements (not limited to):
Answering telephone and returning voicemails
Booking appointments
Greeting customers upon arrival in store
Maintaining a professional and courteous relationship with our clients and identifying customers' needs
Guiding customers through treatments, with thorough explanation
Performing services while exercising safety precautions
Selling of services & memberships and processing payments
Routine cleaning duties, to maintain the look and feel of our environment
Interact effectively and collaborate with team
Requirements:
