Description
Customer facing position responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, transferring calls and taking messages. Responsible for cashing out customers and communicating with the auto technicians.
- Answer phones, transfer calls, take messages, and assist customers with general inquiries.
- Receive customers, guests and visitors.
- Maintain a positive customer service attitude
- Maintain a clean and organized working area.
- Communicate with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner.
- Punctuality is a must

- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to collaborate with other departments
- Ability to write legibly
