Front Desk Coordinator/Administrative Assistant (Entry-Level Opportunity)Our client is currently seeking a Front Desk Coordinator/Administrative Assistant working fully onsite for 5 days a week out of their Radnor, PA office. The work schedule will be 8am to 5pm (Monday through Friday). The ideal Front Desk Coordinator/Administrative Assistant must be personable and professional, with Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and previous receptionist or administrative experience. Will also consider a recent college graduate within the past 2 years with some previous office/administrative support experience. Responsibilities:Greet office visitorsAnswer phones and direct callsRetrieving, sorting, and sending mailMaintain visitor’s logCoordinate deliveriesProvide administrative supportSchedule meetings and arrange cateringFiling photocopying, faxingTrack and order office supplies Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is preferred 2+ years of receptionist/administrative experienceRecent college graduates with office support experience will be consideredMS Office proficiencyExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsProfessional presentation, with a can-do attitudeStrong attention to detail Additional Details: Pay Range: $24hr to $25hrEmployment Type: Contract to Hire Work Hours: Fully onsite from Monday through Friday (8am to 5pm)The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.SolomonEdwardsGroup, LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
