As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with our Physical Therapy, Wellness, Client Success, and Billing Teams. We seek an enthusiastic, client-service-oriented individual who is as passionate about health and wellness as we are. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a positive client experience, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and managing phone and email communications.
- Acting as an ambassador for Performance Optimal Health, knowledgeable in our services and offerings.
- Executing administrative tasks such as data entry, appointment scheduling, and document management.
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards and managing client records within our EMR System.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area to foster a welcoming environment.
- Collaborating with team members to enhance the overall client experience and operational efficiency.
- Addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Supporting cross-department communication and teamwork.
- Completing additional related tasks as necessary.
