At Empro Staffing, we are focused on providing excellent staffing solutions to the healthcare industry, and we are currently seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing administrative tasks.

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression of our company. You will handle inquiries, manage schedules, and ensure the front desk operates smoothly. If you have a passion for customer service and administrative support, we invite you to apply!

Hourly Rate: $20

Pay Period: Sunday to Saturday

Pay Schedule: Weekly, Every Friday via Direct Deposit

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients as they arrive at the front desk.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage scheduling for appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks as needed.
  • Assist with general administrative duties, including filing and correspondence.
  • Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
  • Provide information about the company and its services to visitors and clients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic office equipment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
