Optimal Health Chiropractic & Physical Therapy – South Jersey

Let’s be clear upfront:

This is not a quiet front desk job where you hide behind a computer.
This role is for someone who genuinely likes people, likes talking, and likes being part of a positive, upbeat workplace.

If you’re currently in:
  • retail
  • hospitality
  • fitness
  • front desk work that feels dead-end
  • a commission-based role with no stability

…and you want something more stable, more meaningful, and still people-focused — this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing
You’re the first person patients talk to and one of the most important roles in the office.

Your day will include:
  • Answering phones and scheduling patients (with personality, not scripts read like a robot)
  • Talking with patients in person about
    • What we do
    • Why it matters
    • How their care plan works
    • Explaining insurance benefits in simple terms (we train you)
    • Helping patients understand the value of:
      • Physical Therapy
      • Chiropractic care
      • Upgraded services like shockwave therapy
  • Keeping the office running smoothly while keeping the energy positive


This role involves selling the office and the experience, but in a helpful, honest way — not pushy or awkward.

Who This Job Is Perfect For

We’re looking for someone who is:
  • Friendly, upbeat, and easy to talk to
  • Comfortable on the phone
  • Confident talking to people about money and care options
  • Reliable and shows up when they say they will
  • Open to learning (you don’t need medical experience)


We care way more about personality and communication than medical background.

Who This Job Is NOT For
