is currently hiring for an organized, personable, and detail-oriented Front Office k Receptionist in Auburn Hills, MI.
Office hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm
Administrator / Office Coordinator / Reception Job duties include:
• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company
personnel of visitor arrival
• Maintains security and telecommunications system.
• Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supporting staff.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and
regulations
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions,
irregularities, and continuing needs
• General administrative and clerical support
• Screen phone calls and take messages
• FedEx, UPS, USPS Mail Parcels – incoming and outgoing
• Organize daily lunch orders
Skills and Qualifications:
