We're thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a full-time AND part-time Dental Receptionist to join our team at Happy Teeth!

Position: Pediatric Dental Receptionist (Full-Time AND Part-Time Available)

We are offering two positions available to candidates.

1) Full Time alternating between our Levittown Location (165 Levittown Parkway, Suite B, Levittown, PA 19055) AND our BRAND NEW Southampton Location (928 Jaymor Rd, #130A, Southampton, PA 18966)

OR

2) Part Time (Mondays mandatory) at either of our convenient locations (Levittown or Southampton)

  • Greet Patients: Create a welcoming environment for check-in/out, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter.
  • Collect Co-pays: Handle financial transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain Clean Working Environment: Contribute to a tidy and organized office space for a comfortable patient experience.
  • Social Media Contribution: Assist in creating engaging social media posts to promote our practice and connect with our community.

Key Skills:

  • Kind, Calm, and Patient Demeanor: Interact with children and anxious patients with empathy and understanding.
  • Effective Communication: Establish clear and comforting communication to put patients and parents at ease.
