Your Role:
As a Front Desk Receptionist/Care Coordinator, you'll be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout their journey with us. Your responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, managing phone calls and appointments, coordinating care, and providing comprehensive support to ensure a seamless experience. With your expertise, you will manage interactions with professionalism and care, becoming a key member of our dedicated support team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage phone calls, appointments, and inquiries.
- Coordinate appointments and follow-up care for clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate service that exceeds our customers' expectations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, client care coordinator, or in a similar role.
- Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using phone and computer systems for managing appointments and inquiries.
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in healthcare and/or startup companies is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
