Salas Plastic Surgery & The Love Medspa is looking for highly motivated, talented, and energetic Front Desk Sales Concierge to join our amazing team! We are a single surgeon boutique plastic surgery practice with a Medspa offering all surgical and non-invasive treatments which includes, but is not limited to, Tummy Tucks, Breast Implants, Breast Lifts and Reductions, Liposuction, Brazilian Butt Lifts(fat transfer), Rhinoplasty(nose surgery), Morpheus, Laser Hair Removal, Sciton photofacials, Emsculpt, Emsella, Peels and Facials.
Our office considers each member of our team like family and encourages work-life balance.
We are a close knit team and strive to avoid frequent turnover of staff.
We support internal and financial growth for all employees within our company.
We are looking to fill this position with a candidate who intends to stay for many years to come.
This positions role primarily entails answering incoming phone calls and email inquiries, being able to explain in detail the services the practice offers and lead patients to scheduling an appointment for a consult and/or treatment with one of our providers.

Qualifications

•Excellent communication, customer service, and team building skills required

•Bilingual (Spanish and English) required and proficient in both written and verbal skills in both languages ideal

Must have at least one year of sales experience

•Previous experience in plastic surgery is not needed, medical training is beneficial

•Ability to meet individual requirements of the patient relationship, which may include but are not limited to: time management, verbal skills, negotiation skills, customer service skills, and problem solving abilities

•Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment

•Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

•Professionalism in dress and presentation, honesty and work ethic

Responsibilities

•provide patients with information about the surgeon, company, products, surgical and non-surgical procedures

•Provide patient with pricing and payment options

•consult with surgical and non-surgical patients and provide education on surgery and procedures as recommended by our providers

•engage in phone and face-to- face inquires with potential and/or current patients from initial inquiry through surgery and thereafter

•establish and maintain customer relationships by delivering superior customer service

•Utilize suggestive selling techniques

•manage inbound leads, providing detailed information on procedures

•Collaborate with management to identify new opportunities and strategies for growth

•Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

•Manage new and old leads on a consistent basis

•Sell, present and promote our products/services to meet customer needs

•run patient payments

•provide friendly, timely service to all patients with questions or concerns

•Be a team player, assisting other team members with responsibilities and duties, as needed

Benefits

•8 hour shifts, 10-6pm

•Monday - Friday

•Paid Vacation Time and Holidays

•Pay: $15-$18 per hour based on background and experience, performance after probationary period, additionally commission on product sales

Pre-qualification

- Bilingual: English/Spanish required both written and speech

- Must have at least one year of sales experience and be comfortable selling services and products for both surgery and medspa

-must be proficient with computers
