Essential Functions Identify delinquent accounts that are assigned and make collection calls to customers Prepare, contact and manage assigned accounts Verify customer identity with current security procedures Problem solves with delinquent customers and consult management on any unresolved customer complaint or bank error Identify and report any collection issues that may need to be escalated Assist customers by processing extension requests, Right to Cure letters, maintenance requests, Fresh Starts, phone payments and exercise right of offsets Identify customers that may qualify for loss mitigation assistance and refer them to loss mitigation manager Follow all collections laws (state and federal) and guidelines Completes all training in a timely manner Position Requirements High School diploma or GED Work is generally performed indoors in environmentally controlled conditions Typically the employee may sit to perform the work.
