\nThis position is onsite, 5 days a week, and requires a TS/SCI security clearance.

\n Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
\n\n

- Provides subject matter proficiency for work described in the task. \n
- Responsible for providing analytical skills to support process improvement, specialized studies, and definition of requirements. \n
- Typical duties include analysis, planning, developing requirements documents, building functional models, developing procedures, developing functional architecture, and other related management and technical duties. \n
- Requires expertise in specialty areas. \n
- Shall perform engineering tasks for front-end design and development efforts including, but not limited to, creating technical design drawings, mockups, wireframes, and other associated documentation for PMO and stakeholder review, planning and implementing modifications to Graphic Use Interfaces (GUIs), constructing and optimizing various UI elements, optimizing system navigation practices and elements, and facilitating operator ease of use for user-facing feature development. \n
Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:
\n- \n
- Active TS/SCI clearance is required. \n
- Must be able to report on-site in San Antonio, TX up to five days per week based on customer requirements. \n
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required. \n
- A Master’s degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
- 7 years of experience in the functional area. \n
- 7 years of software development experience in object-oriented and scripted languages with the ability to apply several tool suites related to DevSecOps, microservices and containers. \n
- 3 years of experience with bug tracking software (Jira). \n
- 3 years of recent and relevant experience performing front-end web design and development. \n
- 3 years of experience testing web-based applications. \n
- 3 years of experience participating in software development programs or projects. \n
- 5 years of experience with Jenkins and GitLab. \n
- 5 years of experience with at least five (5) of the following: \n
- Apache \n
- Ember \n
- JavaScript \n
- Jaguar \n
- Java \n
- Cricket \n
- Node \n
- Demonstrated experience engaging in agile, user-centric application design, ensuring best-of-breed UI/UX standards. \n
- Demonstrated experience in generating system wireframes, mockups, etc. considering multiple user personas. \n
- Demonstrated experience in preparing, conducting, and documenting various systems tests and results to verify system operability and compliance with project standards and requirements. \n
- Practical experience developing in a cloud environment. \n
- Experience with integrating data from unclassified to classified application deployments. \n

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Experience using Agile Test-Driven development. \n
- Experience integrating into DoD DevSecOps environments. \n
- 5 years’ experience with CI/CD software development. \n
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing UX design tool suites (e.g., Sketch, InVision). \n
