This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing application lifecycle strategies that improve visibility, governance, and optimization across the enterprise application portfolio. The ideal candidate brings a strong ServiceNow technical foundation, a systems‑thinking mindset, and the ability to translate architecture strategy into scalable platform solutions.
