Tittle: Front End Technical Lead with Angular Location: Blue Ash, OH (Onsite) Key Responsibilities 2+ years of Angular experience with strong understanding of framework principles (components, modules, routing, forms, RxJS/state patterns). 2+ years’ experience as a Technical Lead (delegation, mentoring, architecture, delivery ownership from inception to release). Ability to understand and integrate with back-end RESTful APIs (including troubleshooting contract issues). Experience building and shipping multiple large software products using Agile methodologies. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills (engineering, product, analysts, stakeholders). Experience with sustainable engineering practices: automated testing, CI/CD, and monitoring/alerting (as applicable to the UI). Hands-on player/coach responsible for front-end architecture, delivery, and technical execution across the team. Own code quality standards (code reviews, maintainable patterns, testing expectations) and ensure work is broken down into incremental, releasable stories.
