Front Office Coordinator Apply
Starting Hourly: $16.00 per hour
Real Performance Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, has been the premier provider for outpatient orthopedics serving Cleburne, Burleson and surrounding communities for over 20 years. We are known for providing the highest quality individualized care for our patients and our team of highly skilled physical therapists who are passionate about helping patients achieve their goals.
Currently, we are looking for a full time Front Office Coordinator for our Cleburne location.
Schedule needed: Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00am - 1:00pm
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Greets warmly and maintains a friendly, welcoming relationship with all patient care coordinators, and any external connections.
- Clearly communicates with all staff, including clinical and corporate employees, in a friendly and courteous manner
- Responsible for answering phones and greeting patients with the utmost professionalism and care.
- Works closely with Billing Department, Physical Therapists and Aide staff to assure smooth patient experience workflow
- Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Participates in and adheres to, as required, the HIPAA Policies and Procedures of Therapy Partner Group
- Performs primary and secondary tasks as assigned, including but not limited to; Completing End of Day Checklists, Referral Sorting, Failed Fax Monitoring, Accepting Patient Portal Charges and reviews and responds to patient messages, Plan of Care Follow up, Medical Records Requests, and Managing appointments.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office; Raintree PMS experience is a +Plus
- 40 words per minute as minimum typing speed (tested)
- Possess strong customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidential documents
- Must be organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to communicate complex information in a well thought-out easily understood manner, both orally and in writing in a variety of settings and styles
- Ability to communicate in an honest, direct and professional manner, relating well to others to build rapport and effective relationships.
- Ability to demonstrate active listening by asking clarifying questions, identify and share relevant information and solicit feedback from others and give and receives feedback objectively.
- Must be able to identify and problem solve

- Ability to multi-task responsibilities while maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere with the patients near by
Education and Experience
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: Data Entry, System Dashboard and or Worklist Completion Projects a plus
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Requires prolonged sitting, some walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, mouse, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and present reports. No travel is required.
