In this essential role, you will manage front desk activities, provide outstanding service to our patients, and ensure efficient office operations. As a Front Office Receptionist, your responsibilities will include greeting patients, managing appointments, handling phone inquiries, and processing patient information. Your organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining a smooth workflow in our busy office. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet patients and visitors upon arrival.
  • Check patients in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate collection of information.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating with other staff to optimize practice flow.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with patient concerns.
  • Collect and process payments, including patient co-pays and balances.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a medical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and electronic medical records systems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional patient service.
  • Team player with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
