This team is responsible for delivering a seamless, modern experience that empowers millions of users to access payroll, benefits, and HR information with ease. Projects could be focused on end-to-end automation and testing or responsive and mobile-friendly development efforts. Requirements 3+ years of professional frontend development experience building and deploying responsive web applications within agile environments. Proven ability to build modern, component‑driven interfaces with Angular (latest versions) using RxJS for reactive programming and NgRX for structured state management. Highly proficient in TypeScript with the ability to write clean, type‑safe, and scalable code leveraging interfaces, generics, and advanced types for maintainable front‑end solutions. Hands‑on experience with React contributing to component libraries, optimizing rendering performance, and supporting cross‑framework UI initiatives. Experienced in integrating RESTful APIs, handling asynchronous operations, error management, and ensuring seamless data exchange between client and server. Proficient with Git/GitHub workflows including branching strategies, pull requests, and collaborative code reviews to uphold code quality. Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT to enhance productivity, code quality, and rapid prototyping. Preferred Skills Proficient in Playwright or similar tools for end‑to‑end test automation. Mobile app development using Native (iOS/Android) or Flutter frameworks. FinTech or HCM industry background. Responsibilities Develop and maintain modern, scalable frontend applications using Angular, TypeScript, and React within agile environments.
