They support their customers through robust digital products and internal tools, working in pod-based teams that emphasize collaboration, code quality, and long-term maintainability.About the Role:We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer III (Front-End) who can take ownership of front-end development within a cross-functional pod. You’ll build and maintain platform features primarily using React and JavaScript, partnering closely with backend engineers to deliver high-quality, performant user experiences. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working on both legacy codebases and new product initiatives, who is proactive in solving problems and maintains high standards for code quality, testing, and reliability.You Will:Develop, maintain, and improve front-end features using React and JavaScript.Work within a pod-based team, collaborating closely with backend engineers, product, and QA.Contribute to both legacy systems and greenfield features, ensuring stability, scalability, and maintainability.Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code, validating and testing your own work.Participate in code reviews, suggest improvements, and help enforce coding standards and best practices.Use Git and CI/CD pipelines as part of your daily workflow.Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues related to performance, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.About You – Front-End:8+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack development.Strong hands-on experience with React and JavaScript building complex, production-grade UIs.Experience working with PHP and Postgres in a full-stack context is a strong plus.Comfortable working in and refactoring legacy codebases while also contributing to new features and architectures.Proficient with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with a user-centric mindset.Excellent communication skills; comfortable collaborating in a distributed, English-speaking team.Self-motivated, proactive, and ownership-driven — you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.Nice to Have – Front-End:Experience in SaaS, logistics, or other data-heavy platforms.Experience with performance optimization, accessibility, and front-end best practices at scale.Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.Perks – What’s in it for you?15 days PTOLocal national holidaysFully remote, with required overlap with Pacific TimeIf this role isn’t the right fit, feel free to explore our other open positions.
