Frontend React Developer (Product-Focused, UI-Oriented)

Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Onsite – 5 days/week)**

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Frontend React Developer to support the development of an AI-driven consumer platform.

This is a hands-on, product-focused role — you will be responsible for building and improving core user-facing features in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

The ideal candidate is a strong React developer who can execute independently, integrate with backend systems, and has solid UI instincts — someone who can make clean, intuitive interface decisions without relying heavily on a separate design function.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build and maintain React-based user interfaces for a live product
• Integrate with backend APIs and real-time data systems
• Develop responsive, functional UI components focused on usability and performance
• Make practical UI/UX improvements (layout, flow, usability) as you build
• Work closely with product and backend teams to ship features quickly
• Improve and optimize existing frontend code and application performance
• Debug issues and contribute to ongoing product iteration
• Write clean, maintainable code with minimal oversight

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Features are built and deployed quickly and reliably
• UI is clean, intuitive, and improves over time
• Product iteration moves forward without bottlenecks
• Strong collaboration with backend and product teams

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in React development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
• Experience integrating with REST APIs
• Solid understanding of React fundamentals (hooks, state, component architecture)
• Ability to work independently and ship features end-to-end
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
• Ability to make basic UI/UX decisions (layout, spacing, usability, flow)

NICE-TO-HAVE

• Experience with real-time data (WebSockets or similar)
• Familiarity with TypeScript
• Experience working on consumer-facing or app-based products
• Exposure to AI-driven or conversational interfaces

PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENT

Candidates must be able to share 2–3 examples of live products or applications they have built or contributed to.

In accordance with applicable federal, state, and local pay transparency and fair hiring laws, the target annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000.

Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and work location.

This position may also be eligible for additional forms of compensation as well as a comprehensive benefits package provided by the hiring employer.
