JOB DESCRIPTION:

is introducing the fun sport of park golf to Kissimmee at the beautiful Star Island Resort, and we are looking for a full-time (40 hrs/week) Facility Manager to oversee all operations while ensuring a smooth and successful launch. As the Facility Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of a unique and exciting destination that offers a one-of-a-kind experience to our guests.

What is ?

As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the facility, including overseeing staff, ensuring five-star customer service, maintaining the facility's appearance, and implementing operational procedures. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as a passion for providing fun, exceptional guest experiences.

Facilities Manager Compensation: Starting salary range of $45,000-$60,000, depending on qualifications.

Facility Manager Responsibilities:

Facilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the facility, including operations, staff, and guest experience.
  • Train, and supervise staff members, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
  • Oversee maintenance and repair of facility equipment and infrastructure.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the facility remains competitive and innovative.
  • Schedule shifts for team members.
  • Operate and maintain generator and propane tank.
  • Ensure a clean truck, work area, and course.
  • Order inventory for food and golf side of operation.
  • Learn Lightspeed and Golf Genius computer systems

Food Operations

  • Monitoring food portioning, quality, and safety.
  • Supervising assembling and loading of food and supplies.
  • Supervising stocking and ordering all food truck supplies.
  • Ensure proper food quality, serving temperatures, and portion control
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Properly store food following dating and labeling procedures.

Guest Experience

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Orchestrating workflow between stations during service.
  • Supervising after-service changeover.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized individual with proven experience in facility management or a related field. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work for any US employer.
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in food service and retail. Facilities management and golf experience a plus.
  • ServSafe Manager certification.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual Spanish a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financials.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
