Fulfillment Associate – Warehouse Operations

Location: Hybrid Remote | Frankfort, IL 60423
Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year | ⏳ Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Are you a detail-oriented warehouse professional with a knack for operating heavy equipment and managing inventory systems? We are looking for a Fulfillment Associate to play a critical role in ensuring seamless order processing, warehouse operations, and product distribution.

As part of our dynamic logistics team, you will use your mechanical expertise and equipment operation skills to keep our fulfillment processes running smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Operate warehouse equipment including clamp trucks, cherry pickers, and cranes to load and unload inventory safely.
Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and ensure real-time order accuracy.
Assemble and package products based on customer orders.
Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) while following strict safety guidelines.
Work closely with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and maintain efficiency.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) for accurate inventory tracking.
Conduct regular inventory counts and quality audits to maintain stock accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):

Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience preferred (1+ years ideal).
Proficiency in operating warehouse machinery such as clamp trucks, cherry pickers, and cranes.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and work in a physically active role.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus!
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong team player with effective communication skills.
