What You Will Do

We are currently looking to add another associate to our team that will continue to promote a culture of teamwork and inclusion in our logistics department. As a Fulfillment Associate, this means:

• Bringing a friendly, speedy, and professional mentality to work with you each day.
• Ensuring orders are picked with accuracy and packed with care.
• Using your inclination for proper organization and attention to detail to get the job done right.

A Fulfillment Associate is tasked with accurately inspecting and preparing finished products in accordance with orders placed by clients and sales representatives. Fulfilled orders are then packed into boxes for delivery by our distribution team. This associate must feel comfortable bringing up any quality and inventory discrepancies if they should arise. Attention to detail and speed are of the utmost importance when completing daily tasks. In addition, the associate ensures there is a smooth transition between the creation of our merchandise and the delivery of products to our valued clients all over Washington state.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Full Time: Monday- Friday 7:00am to 3:30 pm. Potential for overtime and occasional mandatory Saturdays for training.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, repetitious labor, and other activities necessary to perform basic job duties.
• Minimally must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance.
• Ability to multitask at an upbeat pace while keeping an eye for detail is a must.
• Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance

(Minimum Qualifications)

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Promote a positive, safe and clean work atmosphere.
• Basic computer and inventory skills.
• Willingness to be trained as well as coached; in addition to the ability to take constructive criticism to improve the team as a whole.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
  

(Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous experience inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in fulfillment, distribution or warehouse environments.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in fulfilling orders at an accelerated rate.
• Knowledge about cannabis products and/or work in the 502 industry are always a plus.
