The Comoto Fulfillment Center in Lawnside, NJ is currently looking for a full‑time Fulfillment Team Member to work with our autonomous machines (robots!) to help fulfill customer orders. The ideal candidate has experience working with autonomous machines (AMR) typically found in a fulfillment or warehouse environment. Full‑time Schedule: Wednesday – Saturday 5:30 am – 4 pm (4‑day work week) Pay: $17 / hr Overtime opportunities during busy times of year Warehouse environment: lots of walking and standing. Building has heat in winter, no AC in summer; oscillating fans run. The Comoto Fulfillment Network is made up of 3 teams located in Lawnside, NJ; North Las Vegas, NV; and Louisville, KY, each supporting customers of RevZilla, J&P Cycles and Cycle Gear. This team works at the front‑line of delivering highly anticipated products to our community of motorcycle enthusiasts. We stay at the top of our game by testing new ideas, introducing new technology, constantly improving our processes, and hiring a team of enthusiastic individuals to ensure our customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped quickly and accurately. Responsibilities Learn : Cross‑trained to perform daily activities across receiving, shipping, and inventory control departments. Training on machinery such as mechanical order pickers and pallet jacks; unloading and verifying shipment contents; scanning products into inventory software and properly storing them; picking products; weighing and labeling shipments; reporting on delivery schedules. Support : In addition to your immediate team, occasionally support the Returns team, pull products for Media and Content team video shoots, process employee purchases, and work with the Rider Support team (customer service) to prevent mis‑shipments. Sweat the Details : Eagle‑eye for detail. Identify receiving discrepancies, monitor on‑time deliveries and report shipping delays, perform cycle‑count audits, reconcile reports to reduce mis‑shipments, and examine products for damage at each step of the pick/pack/ship workflow. Problem‑solve, analyze root causes, and use findings to support process improvement. Improve Processes : Voice concerns and ideas on how to improve. Work with Team Lead and leadership on writing new SOPs to drive the business forward. Qualifications Adaptable : Quickly shift gears when new processes roll out. Creative : Solutions‑focused; think through challenges and set yourself up for success. Willing to Grow : Willing to get hands dirty and learn the ins and outs of the role; use knowledge to grow career.
