We have a contract role in Coral Gables, onsite 5 days a week; 9-6; START IMMEDIATELY
Our client is a well-established and growing financial services organization is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper / Junior Staff Accountant to provide day-to-day accounting support on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily accounting tasks to support internal finance operations
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process and reconcile corporate credit card transactions
Assist with monthly financial reporting and statement analysis
Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks
Support in reconciling held-away accounts
Ensure accuracy of financial data and documentation
Requirements:
1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
An understanding of balance sheets, income statements, and general ledger activity
