At Tenant Turner, we make leasing a home an easier, more pleasant experience.  Our engineering team is growing and looking to add a full stack developer.  You’ll be a part of a small and agile team that designs, builds, and maintains the Tenant Turner web platform.

Upon joining our engineering team, you’ll work closely with our product owner to design and develop solutions that meet our customers needs. You’ll work with our Customer Success team to debug and fix issues and build internal solutions to enhance their productivity.

You’ll have a direct impact on the product and its effectiveness in solving our customers’ pain points.  You’ll also have the opportunity to help mold our platform for new markets as we continue to grow our business.

Our technology stack is .NET Core fully hosted in Microsoft Azure across the country.

Our team lives authentically, elevates family, contributes value, takes initiative, creates simplicity, and has fun. We want you to apply if:

  • you thrive in a small team environment.
  • you obsess over performance and optimization.
  • you enjoy digging into details and solving difficult problems.
  • you leave code cleaner than you found it
  • you want to combine your love of technology with your desire to help people.
  • you love fast-paced learning.
  • you are focused and persistent--dedicated to the task at hand.

About Tenant Turner

At Tenant Turner, we believe technology built with discretion is the most powerful way to help people address meaningful, real-life challenges so they can live what matters. For the past five years we’ve worked with thousands of property management professionals across the United States and Canada to fix their most cumbersome, activity-laden, and disruptive tasks by making the friendliest, most effective leasing software for residential property management.

The earliest version of Tenant Turner was designed in that most stereotypically-startup of places: a garage. Even after years of continuing to build the product and business and establishing a nationwide customer base, we remain scrappy and resourceful.

We are alums of Y Combinator (summer 2015) and Lighthouse Labs (fall 2014).
