We’re looking for an Associate Full Stack Product Engineer who can help support and evolve an internal product platform that powers real operational workflows across marketing, campaign management, proofing, and reporting. This role is ideal if you enjoy working across the full stack, improving existing systems, and learning how products operate in real production environments—not just building isolated features. What You’ll Work On Frontend + Product Experience Build and improve frontend features using React / Next.js and Material UI Enhance workflows, forms, dashboards, tables, and operational interfaces Improve usability, stability, and overall product experience across the platform Work with backend APIs built with Django REST Framework Support data-driven workflows across campaigns, tactics, audiences, and reporting Debug and troubleshoot issues across frontend, backend, and database layers Platform + Workflow Support Support campaign setup, tactic configuration, proofing, approvals, and reporting workflows Assist with production releases, QA, bug triage, and issue resolution Help stabilize and modernize legacy areas of the application while maintaining business continuity Engineering + Collaboration Translate business requirements into clean technical implementations Write maintainable, reusable, and well-structured code Document implementation details, workflows, and important technical decisions Collaborate closely with developers, operations, QA, and internal stakeholders How You’ll Show Up Take ownership of bugs, workflow improvements, and smaller feature work with increasing independence Ask thoughtful questions when requirements or workflows are unclear Balance speed with reliability and attention to detail Contribute consistently—even when priorities shift or ambiguity exists Care about how the product works for the people using it every day What We’re Looking For Full Stack Fundamentals Comfortable working across frontend, backend APIs, and relational databases Frontend Development Comfortable working across frontend, backend APIs, and relational databases API + Backend Familiarity Comfortable integrating with REST APIs and learning backend systems and workflows Debugging + Problem Solving Able to troubleshoot UI, API, and data-related issues across the stack Product Mindset Cares about usability, workflow clarity, and improving existing systems over time Communication + Ownership Communicates clearly, follows through reliably, and works well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Comfortable working in evolving product environments where priorities and requirements may shift Nice to Have Experience with Django or Django REST Framework Experience with PostgreSQL or relational databases Familiarity with Material UI or similar component libraries Experience working with existing or legacy production applications Exposure to marketing technology, workflow systems, CMS platforms, or SaaS products Experience with QA/testing, CI/CD, cloud-hosted applications, or deployment workflows What Success Looks Like You become a reliable contributor across the application stack Bugs and workflow issues are resolved quickly and thoughtfully Frontend experiences become cleaner, faster, and easier to use The team relies less heavily on a small number of senior developers for routine product work You build enough product and business context to make informed implementation decisions The platform becomes more stable, maintainable, and scalable because of your contributions Role Overview Internal product platform supporting operational marketing workflows Frontend-focused with exposure across the full stack Mentorship and hands-on production experience included Ideal for someone who wants real product ownership and long-term engineering growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
