Full Stack Developer Location: Austin, TX hybrid 3 days remote (locals 50 miles) Visa: USC/GC/EAD/OPT Duration: 12+ months Must have public sector (state client) at least on 1 project & focus on industry exp. like in this role healthcare Job Description / Minimum Requirements Full Stack Developer (Angular/Java) will be Responsible for building modern, scalable, cloud-native applications by refactoring legacy systems into microservices, developing responsive frontends, and delivering secure and observable backend services. Minimum Requirements Years Required/Preferred Experience 8 Required Minimum 7 years of full software development lifecycle experience Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (Angular, TypeScript) Strong Java backend development experience Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database design Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience deploying applications in cloud-native or serverless environments Familiarity with event‑driven architecture patterns Experience integrating DevSecOps practices into development workflows Experience in using AI tools for development like GitHub , claude code etc Preferred Experience refactoring monolithic applications into microservices Preferred Familiarity with observability tools (Application Insights, Prometheus) Preferred Experience with feature flags and progressive delivery Preferred Ability to produce clean, maintainable code and technical documentation Preferred Active participation in Agile ceremonies and peer reviews #J-18808-Ljbffr
