About the Role We are a growth‑stage company focused on delivering world‑class software services to startups, greenfield projects, and large‑scale enterprises. Our multinational engineering teams are based in Chennai and Coimbatore. We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications and services while working closely with product, business, and technical stakeholders. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable applications using Java or Python best practices and industry standards. Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Participate in architectural and technical discussions, providing insights and recommendations for system improvements. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks. Lead and mentor other developers when required. Qualifications Proficiency with front‑end frameworks, primarily React.js, and knowledge of Bootstrap, jQuery, or related libraries. Experience building RESTful APIs, integrating third‑party APIs, and working with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or AWS DynamoDB. Familiarity with backend frameworks such as NestJs and Node.js. Hands‑on experience deploying and managing applications using AWS Lambda, serverless tools, and Docker. Understanding of microservices architecture and related technologies.
