Job Description :
- Full-stack developer with a minimum 10+ years of experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and customize software solutions within the PLM framework to meet specific business needs.
- Write, test, and maintain code to enhance PLM functionality and ensure optimal system performance.
- Configure and integrate PLM software components, ensuring smooth data flow and system interoperability.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PLM software implementation, customization, and integration.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in PLM development and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our systems.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and code changes to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Experience with Boomi Middleware is good to have.
- Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is good to have.
- Proven experience in software development, with proficiency in languages such as Java, C#, or similar.
- Familiarity with PLM systems and concepts, preferably with experience in the Andromeda PLM platform.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to software development and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with database management, SQL, and data integration in the context of PLM systems.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web services.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
- Prior experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating PLM software solutions is a plus.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
