Job Summary We are looking for a Mid-Level Software Development Engineer to join our Platform team. You will be responsible for providing first-level support, troubleshooting, and implementing fixes for production software applications, focusing on merchandising applications. This role is crucial for enhancing customer experience through robust monitoring, debugging, and system improvements. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement monitoring solutions to scrutinize our features effectively. Troubleshoot and debug internally developed code, primarily Java, and perform necessary SQL queries to resolve issues. Collaborate with development teams on software projects to enhance current software. Automate support processes and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems. Regularly update, track, and resolve technical challenges to ensure system reliability. Must-Have Skills Develop and maintain applications using Java and React, applying strong DSA fundamentals for efficient and optimized code. Design scalable systems and deploy solutions on AWS, ensuring reliability and performance. Contribute to system design discussions and collaborate with teams to deliver robust solutions. Industry Experience NA Primary Skills: Java (Proficient), React (Intermediate), DSA (Advanced), AWS (Expert), System Design (Proficient). Contract Type: W2.
