The position involves collaborating with development teams to improve current software, automate support processes, and ensure system reliability. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement monitoring solutions for effective feature scrutiny. Troubleshoot and debug internally developed Java code, utilizing SQL for resolution. Collaborate with development teams on software projects to enhance existing applications. Automate support processes and maintain comprehensive system documentation. Update, track, and resolve technical challenges to ensure system reliability. Must-Have Skills Experience developing and maintaining applications using Java and React.
