Our client is looking for a Full Stack Engineer at Buffalo, NY (Hybrid) It's a Long Term contract

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

• Maintain and support existing US Risk Reporting applications Credit Data Warehouse US Wholesale Credit Risk Credit Approval Tracker and DFA Risk Reporting Engine and drive change by building out new applications as the business funds additional risk projects
• The Dodd Frant Act DFA Risk Reporting Engine is a regulatory application primarily responsible for exposure reporting satisfying the DFA 610 and 165 regulatory requirements
• Responsible for analyzing the current application redevelopment of the existing code base while building and maintaining additional functionality within the US Risk Reporting space Tasks require analysis development testing and end-to-end project delivery

Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain scalable high-performance applications using Java and related technologies
• Develop frontend interfaces and backend systems ensuring seamless integration
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Write clean maintainable and efficient code while adhering to best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug applications ensuring optimal performance and reliability
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues bottlenecks and bugs

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Programming Languages Proficiency in Java Spring Boot and JavaScript TypeScript and Python Experience with Perl and Sencha
• Frontend Technologies Experience with React framework
• Backend Technologies Strong knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture
• Database Management Hands-on experience with SQL PostgreSQL MySQL Sybase
• DevOps Familiarity with CICD pipelines Docker Kubernetes and cloud platforms AWS Azure or Google Cloud
• Testing Knowledge of unit testing integration testing and test automation frameworks
• Version Control Proficiency with Git and collaborative tools like GitHub GitLab or Bitbucket

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 to 11 years of experience in full stack development with a focus on Java technologies
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects in an agile environment
• Experience with performance optimization and scalability
