Overview

We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in ReactJS for front-end development and Python for back-end services, with hands-on experience delivering scalable, modern web applications. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working across the full stack to deliver innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive front-end components using ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Build, test, and deploy back-end APIs using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage data flow between front-end and back-end systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, functional testing, and code reviews.
• Support CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions or similar pipeline tools.
• Utilize modern component libraries such as Material-UI and Material React Table.
• Maintain and optimize database queries and schemas using MySQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Contribute to documentation and internal process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
• Experience with Python back-end frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• Familiarity with REST API design and integration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions or Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Version control proficiency using Git platforms (GitHub, Bitbucket).
• Familiarity with AWS tools such as Lambda, Lex, or Connect is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js, AngularJS, or React Native.
• Background contributing to open-source libraries.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and server management (NGINX, Apache on Ubuntu).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
