What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)90%+ English (C1) — written and oral, strong communicator.8+ years of professional software development experience.Deep experience with SOLID, Clean Architecture, trunk-based development, and CI/CD using feature flags.Expert in C# / .NET Core and modern API design.Strong experience integrating with SQL, NoSQL, and Redis.Understanding of distributed systems, API security, performance engineering, and cloud-native patterns.Competence with AI-assisted development tools and modern automation.Strong analytical thinking and creative problem solving.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment.Familiarity with AWS or Azure.
