This position requires deep expertise across modern web application development, with TypeScript powering the frontend and Python driving backend services.You will contribute to architectural decisions, guide technical standards, and help elevate engineering practices across the team.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain robust web applications using TypeScript (frontend) and Python (backend)Lead and contribute to architectural discussions, technical design sessions, and system reviewsTranslate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutionsMentor and support junior engineers, fostering strong development standards and best practicesActively engage in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planningParticipate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and reliabilityContribute to continuous improvement of SDLC processes and deployment workflowsRequired Experience & Skills10+ years as a software engineer Hands on experience with both Python and TypescriptStrong understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and technical trade offsExperience designing and working with relational databases and data modeling principlesGood knowledge of Kuberenetes and AWSExperience working within Agile or Kanban development methodologiesCoaching and mentoring experience
