Base Pay Range $80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities and Qualifications In-depth experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, business logic layer, data access layer) as well as distributed architectures using integration hubs such as Data Power, Mule, or any ESB. Strong skills in Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring-Core, Spring transactions, JSP, EJB, servlets, JNDI, JDBC, JMS, JTA transaction services, logging (Log4J), thread management, and development of asynchronous Java processes. Experience in developing REST and SOAP services using JAX-WS/RS and/or Spring framework. Experience building multi-module projects, compiling, building, packaging source code into JARs, WARs & EARs and deploying them in application servers (WebSphere, Jboss, etc.). Experience with TypeScript or ECMAScript (ES6 or later). Experience handling styles with CSS, SCSS, Bootstrap, or similar. Frontend development experience – preference for candidates with React or Angular and Node.js. Experience writing unit test cases with Jest, Enzyme or Mocha. Demonstrated hands‑on experience with relational databases such as Oracle, and a solid understanding of database principles/SQL beyond simple data access. Ability to quickly learn new concepts and/or technologies. Must have performed hands‑on development in most recent projects. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, to interact smoothly with development team leadership and clients. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Self‑motivated, independent, detail‑oriented, and a team player. Experience mentoring junior staff and leading technical designs. Ability to perform code reviews and recommend automated review tools for the project. Collaboration with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and form core foundations for future products. Adaptability to an existing complex system. Passion for building high‑quality systems using best practices. Project experience working with Agile processes.
