As a Full Stack Java Developer, you will be part of the Software Development Department supporting innovative financial solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title Full Stack Java Developer Location Charlotte, NC Pay Range $60.00 - $67.00/hr What’s the Job? Design, develop, test, and deliver features using Java/Spring Boot for backend and React/Angular for frontend. Develop and maintain scalable, microservices-based web applications to support business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features, often acting as a senior technical lead. Ensure code quality through rigorous unit and integration testing, code reviews, and adherence to compliance standards. Utilize DevOps tools such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native technologies like PCF to streamline deployment processes. What’s Needed? 4+ years of experience in software engineering with full-stack development expertise. Proficiency in front‑end frameworks such as React or Angular.
