The Full Stack Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade applications. The role involves gathering requirements, defining technical solutions, guiding development teams, and ensuring adherence to best practices across coding, architecture, performance, and security. The lead will work across backend, frontend, and mobile platforms while contributing to architectural decisions and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of scalable enterprise applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Review existing systems and recommend enhancements or modernization opportunities. Mentor and guide development teams throughout the full software development lifecycle. Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, system architecture, performance, and security. Required Qualifications Strong backend expertise in Java, Node.js, RESTful APIs, and microservices. Experience with iOS and Android mobile development. Deep understanding of web technologies, performance optimization, and security practices. Familiarity with Spring Boot, Maven, Git, and Agile development methodologies. 8+ years of hands-on development experience. Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP and CI/CD tools. Ability to work in an Agile environment and manage multi-threaded applications. Understanding of security concerns and mitigation strategies for web and mobile applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience contributing to architectural decision-making for enterprise systems.
