Job Description Job Title: Full Stack .NET Developer with MongoDB Experience Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust web applications across both the front‑end and back‑end using the .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API). Implement RESTful APIs and ensure data interaction between front‑end and back‑end components. Develop and maintain MongoDB databases, including data modeling, indexing, query optimization and performance tuning. Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration processes. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, QA Engineers, and Business Analysts, to define/refine project requirements and deliver high‑quality software—outspoken, willing to step up and take things instead of waiting to be told what to do. Mandatory Skills 8+ years of experience as a full‑stack .NET developer. 3+ years of experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB. Strong skills in cloud platforms such as AWS. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with microservices architecture. Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills—outspoken, willing to step up and take things instead of waiting to be told what to do. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
