Full-Stack Python Engineer (2+ Years Startup Required)

Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain full-stack features using Python backend and React frontend. Develop APIs and services powering core workflows in specialty medication access. Build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for providers, care teams, and operations staff. Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering teams to translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Participate in architectural discussions and influence technical decisions. Contribute to performance, reliability, and security best practices. Required Skills and Certifications: 2+ years professional experience as full-stack engineer at a startup. Strong proficiency in Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks). Strong proficiency in React (modern hooks, state management, frontend best practices). Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs. Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL). Comfort operating in startup environments and solving ambiguous problems. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated environments. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker. Interest in AI-driven systems and intelligent automation.
