  • Compensation: W2- $312,000 annually, PC- $322,000 annually
  • 6 weeks PTO
  • $10,000 relocation allowance
  • $20,000 commencement bonus
  • Part-time and per diem opportunities available
  • Health | Dental | Vision | Life | Disability | Malpractice (W2 only)
  • 401(k) | Flexible spending accounts
  • Paid time off | CME
  • W2/PC (1099) options

  • 8s, 10s, 12s, 24s available
  • CRNAs work independently doing their own cases
  • 1,055 births / year
  • 7,388 cases | General, ortho, urology, | Hearts, heads, trauma, neuro, peds | OB (100 deliveries a month)

Requirements of the CRNA
  • Active state license | DEA | State CDS
  • Board certification required
  • ACLS | PALS | BLS
