Title: Senior Automation Engineer

Summary:

• The Senior Automation Engineer is a leadership role responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving automation and control systems across all North American manufacturing sites. This position owns the corporate automation strategy, technical standards, and lifecycle management of control systems, with a strong emphasis on DeltaV, batch (S88) systems, process safety, and digital transformation.
• The role provides technical oversight for major capital automation projects, leads internal and external automation resources, and ensures safe, compliant, and reliable control system design and execution. It also drives innovation through advanced process control, data historians (PI System), analytics, and emerging technologies while maintaining strict adherence to PSM, OSHA, EPA, NFPA, cybersecurity, and RAGAGEP standards.

Requirements

• BS in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of automation/control systems experience
• DeltaV required; batch and PSM experience preferred
