Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
In addition to conducting case management needs assessments and outreach to the community, the mental health counselor connects clients with local resources and offers interpretation and translation services as needed.
Flexible, Full-time positions available.
Responsibilities:
Communicates with the Utilization Review Department and Business Department regarding authorization and payment.
Perform intake assessments
Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
Create individualized treatment plans for each client
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Qualifications & Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Work
Active Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner

Salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, based on caseload.
